| The cottage has 2
bedrooms, the front bedroom has a double bed and overlooks fields and
the river. The bedroom at the back, which overlooks the garden with
views of the wooded hillside by the river, has full length bunk beds and
a single bed. There is a cot and
an extra person can be accommodated with a folding bed . Cotton bed linen is provided and towels are available at a small
extra charge. |

| The upstairs
bathroom has a bath with a hand shower. There is a fan heater for
instant warmth. The fitted kitchen
has electric oven and hob, fridge and microwave and there is good
selection of cook-ware and utensils. There is ample tableware for 6
people. |

The sitting room
is furnished with 2 cosy sofas and a fold away dining table and chairs.
The wood burning stove forms an attractive focus for the room.
Background heating for the cottage is provided by storage radiators.
There is terrestrial TV, Video, DVD and CD player with a radio. |

There is a garden
surrounding the cottage with a lawn, hedges, fruit bushes and herbs which
can be made use of. There is wooden garden furniture and deck chairs and a
small swing.
Bikes can be stored in the lockable shed and there is a drying
room for clothes and boots etc. |

| Access to the
cottage is via a level path from the parking area to the front, down the
side of the cottage, where there is a small lip in the doorway. The
bedrooms and bathroom are up the stairs which have turn in them. There are
2 steps up into the back garden. There are no special facilities for
disabled visitors but contact us and we will do our best to accommodate
you. |
